Who Makes Up Our Company?

An Internet Specialist - Who has been using the network the internet is based on since before the internet existed.

Several Highly Skilled Programmers and IT Personnel - Who help us provide solid programming services and also help keep the backbend of our internet servers and internal network systems running smoothly.

Several Web Design and Development Specialists - Who provide top notch design and development according to our clients needs.

A Couple Professional Graphic Designers - Because designing for print is much different than designing for a computer screen, we made sure our graphics guys were pro's on both sides of the design process.  No matter what your final output medium will be, these guys know how to make it always look amazing.  Their skill and experience consistently turns out designs our clients love!

Three Media Specialists - A cinematographer and film editor who also doubles as our 3D design expert, and a couple highly skilled FLASH/Quicktime media experts.  This group constantly amazes us with their ability to create amazing rich media experiences that not only communicate easily and clearly, but as one of our clients said,  "Leaves you saying 'Wow!  ...now that was done right!'"

Support Staff - Who do their best to make sure there are no mailings that get forgotten, calls that go unanswered, and generally manage to keep the paper work that piles up around here down enough that we can see each other when we stand up. They also remind us of the important stuff we usually forget when we get too involved in our work.  We love them!

Our Legal and Financial Counsel - Who keep us in line so that we'll be here to service you for many (many many) years to come!

The Owners Baby: Alexander - Who doesn't care about account balancing, marketability, or how pretty we look, but reminds us that sometimes a little extra attention at the right time can make the world a better place.

A Dog Named Max - Who reminds us that no matter how busy it gets, there's always time to be excited about life and run circles in the yard.

OUR APPROACH :

You Are Unique...and so are your needs:

For that reason we follow a special process that's proven to provide the right
solutions for each project that comes our way!</font>

The members of the 4th Mind Presence Development Group realize that cookie cutter solutions are not always appropriate. At the same time some people need to keep their budgets in check, and will have the skill necessary to make "out of the box" solutions work for them. How do we know who fit's into which category (or somewhere in between)? The fact is, most people don't really know themselves!

Depending on your need, you'll likely recieve some or all of the following of our "Steps to Successful Web Presence Development"

Our "Steps To Success":

  1. Discovery - Introductions and A Time To Learn
    • We learn about you, and you get to learn about us.
    • We listen to you as you explain your needs, wants, and ideas.
    • We ask questions to help us get a better understanding of who you are and how the web can best be utilized to benefit you.
    • We walk you through what you can expect from us.
  2. Analysis - Turning What We've Learned Into Usable Information
    • We evaluate what we've learned about you.
    • We use that information to do even more research about your audience and industry.
    • We have a group meeting to brainstorm ideas about what might be effective ways to communicate your message.
  3. Plan and Design - Using the Information to Guide Effective Communication Ideas
    • We begin the careful crafting of the messaging
    • We begin drafts of several ideas that might be appropriate "looks and feel" designs for you
    • We discuss alternatives for key pieces of illustration or media
    • We choose design ideas, and proper messaging
    • Start planning a timeline for development
  4. Development - Put the Pieces Together That Will Make It Work
    • We begin the fine-tuning of your messaging to get it "just right".
    • We craft your images, web pages, and media that will represent your Presence in your industry.
    • We develop and integrate any necessary back-end code to support your needs
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance - Make Sure It Not Only Works, butThat It's A Great and Effective Expeirence For Your Target Audience.
    • We get feedback on the final results, and test them aggressively to ensure there are no issues that will give a bad impression.
    • We look to you for feedback on any last items that you would like modified
  6. Lauch/Release - Let Your Target Audience Begin Using It!
  7. Evaluate Results - A Re-Discovery
  8. Go Back To Item 2 and Go Through It All Again if we Believe There Will Be An Appropriate Benefit/Outcome.

As a client of 4th Mind, our team is committed to seeing your project produce great results. We don't consider ourselves successful unless you are! You'll find that everyone here is genuinely interested in seeing you succeed. You'll likely even receive advice from our professionals that may go above and beyond the scope of the work you've hired us for ...simply because they believe in our commitment to you, and want to share any knowledge or experience they have that might help you be more successful!

It's becoming well recognized that the areas of website design, development, and ongoing website management are becoming more and more specialized each day. With the litterally billions of websites on the internet, it's becoming harder to make your site stand out from the rest. You're "presence" must be crafted with an understanding of what makes websites successful, and how to avoid the common mistakes that the majority of websites suffer from. A 4th Mind team will work with you hand in hand to steer you through the confusion and dangers, and guide you to successful "Presence Development"!
